Since the early years of her yogic study Abby has been inspired by the healing power of Yoga and its basic principles of health and well-being. In 2010 she turned theory to practice and was able to avoid a recommended surgery with a strategic and healing-oriented Yoga program. This was a turning point for her where she began to see Yoga not only as spiritual science but also as a healing science.


In the fall of 2013 she completed a 500 hour training in Therapeutic Yoga (accredited through the International Association of Yoga Therapists) with Doctor Mihaiela Pentiuc- a medical doctor, Homeopathic doctor and full-time yogini with over 20 years of teaching and clinical experience.  


Abby is thrilled to be able to offer private consultations to people looking to a take a different approach to their health and healing. She creates custom yoga programs for people dealing with numerous different issues- whether physical, emotional, chronic or acute. 


Yoga applied as a Therapy is not a new concept though it is gaining popularity and recognition as a viable alternative or complimentary healing modality. Yoga Therapists can work with clients one-on-one to address numerous health issues and is particularly beneficial for:
